$200 per 50-minute session billed to insurance
125-150 per 50 minute session for self pay
25.00 for letters
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or
employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully.
I will file insurance if there is a reimbursable diagnosis. I take most
health plans. If you choose to use your insurance and I am not a
provider for that plan, I can provide a bill with the necessary
information so that you can file.

Payment
Cash or check for copays or self pay are accepted at the time of service. I
also accept VISA, MC, and American Express in office via The Square network .
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have
not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay
the full cost of the session. As a mom of 4 children, I
understand things happen, so I will waive this fee due to
illness/injury.
